Pacific Power offers special services, bill assistance and time payment plans for customers experiencing financial hardships. If you have any questions about payment plan eligibility or if you are experiencing difficulty making payments, please call us at 1-888-221-7070. Qualifying California customers can receive a  discount on their bills, free weatherization services or medical allowances.

We also work with local non-profit agencies that help customers in need pay their electricity bills. Pacific Power matches customer donations dollar-for-dollar to the following list of energy assistance programs.* To see if you qualify for financial assistance, please call the agency in your area:
